Growing daisies

Maybe you plan on growing daisies for your daisy flower bouquet? The easiest type of daisies to grow are the chrysanthemum kind. You may already have these in your garden, I do! They are a very tough flower and so are great for arranging.

Check out this list of perennial flowers for other wedding flowers you could grow in your garden. Don't try to use the kind of daisies you find on your lawn or in the park (unless you plan on making a cute daisy chain right before the service!) These daisies are very small and will wilt quickly out of water.

For a more contemporary and fresh feel try bright orange gerberas, fabulous against so many color schemes.

Artificial daisies

For the most long lasting daisy flower arrangements, try artificial daisies or silk gerbera daisies. They are gorgeous in daisy bridal bouquets and you have them as a keep sake after your special day!

These different types of daisy flowers come in a stack of different colors so you don't have to worry about finding a match!

I bought a bunch of silk daisies in a Walmart store when I was on my honeymoon. They were really cheap flowers but really cute and I still have them in a vase in my kitchen to remind me of that special time.
